Digital downloads: We will ask for your express consent to begin supplying the digital content immediately and your acknowledgement that you will lose the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins, where the law permits this. If you do not give this consent, immediate access may not be available.
Zoom consultations and other services: You generally have a 14-day cancellation period for online service contracts. If you ask us to start a service during that period and then cancel, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where the law permits. The cancellation right may end after the service has been fully performed if the required prior consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Physical goods: You generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. Return postage may be your responsibility where legally permitted and explained. Exceptions can apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Please email Theafterschoolreset@hotmail.com to request a cancellation. We will explain the applicable process and any return instructions.
Refunds for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered products and services will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
